Star Ins. Co. v. Risk Mktg. Group, Inc., 08-1377
In an action seeking to pierce the corporate veil and collect award judgment, district court's ruling against defendants is affirmed where: 1) the court did not abuse its discretion in denying the motion to consolidate the piercing case and collection case as the inquiries in the two cases were different; and 2) the court did not abuse its discretion in imposing judgment against third party transferees for failing to return identified fraudulent transfers to the corporate defendants.
