Sandoval v. City of Chicago, 08-2699

In an employment discrimination action brought under the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act, district court's grant of defendant's motion for summary judgment is affirmed where defendant complied with its obligations under the Act as it extended the same opportunity to take the employment examination to plaintiffs on the same terms available to persons not in military service.
