United States Seventh Circuit
Gross v. Knight, 07-3251
Denial of petition for habeas relief is affirmed where plaintiff failed to demonstrate that he received ineffective assistance of counsel that prejudiced him in the proceeding, as plaintiff did not demonstrate that he would have testified at trial had counsel informed of his right to do so and did not show that his testimony could have altered his sentence.
