In an action involving an arbitration judgment, district court's order enforcing the arbitration award is affirmed where: 1) the court did not abuse its discretion in accepting the pleading attached to defendant's motion for judgment on its counterclaim, as the FRCP does not prohibit the court's recognition of a pleading attached to a motion; 2) the court did not abuse its discretion in denying plaintiff's motion to vacate the default judgment, as it was a result of plaintiff's failure to follow the court's order to respond to the answer and counterclaim; and 3) award of attorney's fees was reasonable.
