United States Seventh Circuit
ReMapp Int'l Corp. v. Comfort Keyboard Co., Inc., 08-3282
In a breach of contract action, district court's judgment in favor of plaintiff is affirmed where: 1) the court did not err in finding that there was an oral offer and acceptance and thus an oral contract; 2) court did not err in finding that the three oral contacts were enforceable because exceptions to the Statute of Frauds applied; and 3) evidence supports the award of damages to plaintiff.
