Campion, Barrow & Assoc., Inc. v. City of Springfield, 08-1947

In a First Amendment freedom of association action, district court's grant of defendant's motion for summary judgment is affirmed where plaintiff's association with a conservative organization was protected, but plaintiff did not provide enough admissible evidence to support a finding that this affiliation or his speech prompted defendant's termination action.
