In an equal protection and due process action brought by a prison inmate, district court's dismissal for failure to state a claim is reversed and remanded for further proceedings where plaintiff's 240 days of segregation was sufficiently long to implicate a cognizable liberty interest if the conditions of confinement during that period were sufficiently severe.
