Carolina Casualty Ins. Co. v. Estate of Karpov, 08-1163

In a dispute over insurance liability, district court's grant of plaintiff's motion for summary judgment is affirmed where the insurance policy in question clearly and expressly limited plaintiff's liability to a maximum of $1,000,000 per accident rather than a per person coverage limit of $750,000 per person.
