United States Seventh Circuit
Harp v. Charter Communications, Inc., 07-1445
In an employment action, district court's grant of defendant's motion for summary judgment is affirmed where plaintiff's claim that defendant terminated her employment in retaliation for whistle-blowing activities in violation of the Sarbannes-Oxley Act fails, as plaintiff could not have reasonably believed a fraud was being committed by defendant and there is no evidence indicating that her termination was attributable to something other than the financial problems that necessitated the termination.
