United States Seventh Circuit

US v. Washington, 07-4067

Sentence for conspiracy to distribute cocaine is affirmed where: 1) district court acted appropriately when it found the facts that supported co-defendant Bennett's mandatory minimum sentence; and 2) there was sufficient evidence to support the conclusion that guns found at co-defendant's residence were connected with his drug-dealing activities. Case is remanded for the limited purpose of correcting the wording of the judgment.
