Conviction for drug crimes is affirmed where: 1) the evidence presented at trial was sufficient to sustain his conviction for possession with intent to distribute more than five grams of crack; and 2) defendant failed to show his substantial rights were affected by the admission of out of court statements made by a confidential informant.
