Vought v. The State of Wisconsin Teamsters Joint Council No. 39, 08-2438

In an action involving union activities, district court's judgment against plaintiff is affirmed where plaintiff has no claim under the Labor Management Reporting and Disclosure Act for the termination of his business agent position, as the Act does not allow an individual to sue over the loss of appointed union employment.
