Ghani v. Holder, 06-3449

Petition for review of denial of cancellation of removal application is denied where the the IJ correctly determined that plaintiff was not eligible to apply for cancellation of removal because his prior conviction for making false statements in violation of 18 U.S.C. section 1001 was a crime involving moral turpitude.
