In an action involving a prisoner grievance, district court's grant of motion for dismissal for failure to state a claim is reversed in part where plaintiff adequately alleged that he engaged in activity protected by the First Amendment in his claim of retaliation by prison officials due to his statement in support of a lawsuit against them. Dismissal of plaintiff's other claims is affirmed.
