Conviction for gun and drug crimes is upheld where plaintiff waived his objection to an arguably impartial juror and thus his right to an impartial jury when he twice expressly declined the court's specific invitation to challenge the juror for cause at trial. The matter is remanded for resentencing in light of the Supreme Court's subsequent decision in Kimbrough.
