Cookson v. Schwartz, 08-1181

Denial of petition for writ of habeas corpus is affirmed where the trial court did not violate the plaintiff's rights under the Confrontation Clause when it admitted the victim's out-of-court statements and excluded cross-examination related to victim's allegation of sexual abuse against plaintiff.
