United States Seventh Circuit

Kadia v. Holder, 07-3604

Petition for review of the denial of a citizen of Cameroon's asylum application is granted and the denial vacated and remanded for clarification where the BIA's order denying the petition is unsupported by reasoned analysis, as it: 1) fails to provide any explanation for concluding that plaintiff failed to establish persecution on account of a protected ground; and 2) declines to address the immigration judge's adverse credibility finding.
