Schmude v. Tricam Indus., Inc., 08-2370

Judgment for plaintiff in a product liability suit is affirmed where: 1) the district court did not err in admitting plaintiff's expert witness testimony, despite discrepancies alleged by the defendant; 2) the district court did not err in allowing plaintiff's expert to perform a demonstration of the product's failure; 3) the district court correctly limited defendant's questioning of plaintiff's prior conviction; and 4) the district court did not err in excluding certain evidence relating to damages.
