In a suit against a mayor and his chief of staff alleging that plaintiff was fired in retaliation for her political activities, summary judgment for defendants is affirmed where plaintiff failed to offer any evidence that her political activities or her decision to abstain from political involvement was a substantial or motivating factor in her firing.
