Moss v. Astrue, 08-1533

Denial of insurance disability benefits is vacated and remanded where: 1) the ALJ erred in discounting the opinions of plaintiff's treating physician and in assessing plaintiff's credibility; and 2) the ALJ's finding that plaintiff's impairment does not meet or equal a listed impairment in the Social Security regulations is not supported by substantial evidence.
