In a suit challenging the validity of a reassignment of plaintiff's interest in a life insurance policy on plaintiff's husband, summary judgment for defendant-insurer is affirmed where an alleged ambiguity in the notice to defendant of a second reassignment did not affect the validity of the reassignment, and the policy expressly subordinates the rights of the policy's owner and beneficiaries to the rights of assignees.
