United States Seventh Circuit
US v. Millbrook, 07-2931
Defendant's conviction for drug, firearm and witness tampering offenses is affirmed. The District Court properly denied Defendant's motion to suppress evidence obtained in a search, because in conducting the search the police relied on the warrant in good faith.
