United States Seventh Circuit
US v. Easter, 07-2433
Convictions and sentences for drug and weapons charges are affirmed where: 1) the actions of the entire conspiracy triggered the mandatory minimum sentence for one defendant; 2) the district court correctly applied an enhancement for reckless endangerment and did not err in establishing the drug quantity for another defendant; and 3) all other arguments were frivolous. Four defendants' attorneys' motions to withdraw are granted.
