Conviction is affirmed for attempting to entice a minor to engage in criminal sexual activity under 18 U.S.C. section 2422(b), where Defendant's instant messages constituted substantial steps to bring about the sexual encounter, even though no firm time and place for a meeting was ever set and no travel to a pre-assigned rendezvous point occurred.
