Conviction and 126-month sentence are affirmed for attempting to entice a minor to engage in criminal sexual activity, under 18 U.S.C. section 2422(b), where: 1) Defendant's plea agreement was not invalidated by the alleged ineffective assistance of his counsel; 2) Defendant arranged a meeting time and drove to the rendezvous point; and 3) part of his defense was premised on the notion that he genuinely thought she was a child.
