Siddique v. Mukasey, 08-1127

Petition for review of a BIA order of removal and ineligibility for adjustment of status is dismissed in part and denied in part where: 1) the IJ's discretionary finding that petitioner was not eligible for adjustment of status because he had lied on his asylum application was not reviewable; and 2) petitioner's misrepresentations on his application for asylum permanently disqualified him from eligibility for adjustment of status.
