Ammons v. Gerlinger, 07-2920, 08-1448

In an inmate's 42 U.S.C. section 1983 suit against prison staff, summary judgment for defendants is affirmed and all appeals are dismissed where: 1) plaintiff had filed numerous prior frivolous suits and was statutorily barred from proceeding with his appeal in forma pauperis; and 2) plaintiff was also required to pay a fee when appealing from an adverse decision on a motion under Fed. R. Civ. P. 60(b).
