US v. Jennings, 07-1818

Conviction and sentence for possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute are affirmed where: 1) evidence obtained from a seizure of defendant when he drove his car into a security perimeter established by police for an unrelated search was not subject to suppression; and 2) defendant's prior conviction for resisting a police officer was a crime of violence for purposes of a career-offender sentencing enhancement.
