In an inmate's action alleging that he was denied due process when prison officials convicted him of insolence, then later used that conviction in a disciplinary proceeding to declare him a habitual offender, dismissal of habeas petition is affirmed where the insolence conviction, which did not implicate defendant's constitutional rights, could not be collaterally attacked in a subsequent proceeding that did implicate his liberty interest.
