Conviction for possessing child pornography is affirmed where: 1) the search warrant failed to establish probable cause because it was based on stale evidence; but 2) the officer who obtained the warrant acted in good faith; and 3) defendant was not entitled to a Franks hearing on the truth of the statements in the affidavit.
