US v. Zaragoza, 07-1545

Conviction for conspiracy to possess methamphetamine with intent to distribute is affirmed over objections regarding: 1) the sufficiency of the evidence of a conspiracy; and 2) the denial of due process via the trial court's failure to conduct an inquiry into whether defendant was entitled to an interpreter.
