United States Seventh Circuit
US v. LeShore, 07-1555
Conviction and sentence for bank robbery are affirmed over objections regarding: 1) the prejudicial effect of the admission of a DVD of defendant's interrogation; 2) defendant's alleged intoxication during his interview, which would have invalidated his Miranda consent; 3) the admission of a victim bank's "bait money list" under the business records exception to the hearsay rule; and 4) cumulative error.
