In a suit arising from a series of arbitrations over a collective-bargaining agreement, denial of a motion to enforce an arbitration award is reversed and remanded with instructions to vacate a second arbitration award and enter judgment enforcing a third award where: 1) the parties had entered a settlement agreement in which they agreed to the third arbitration as the final resolution of their dispute; and 2) the second arbitration award, being in conflict with the third, was subject to being vacated under Fed. R. Civ. P. 60(b)(6).
