United States Seventh Circuit
Craig v. Ontario Corp., 06-4409, 08-1013
In a debt-collection action in which plaintiff sought payment of promissory notes issued by defendant-employer when it repurchased shares of its stock from plaintiff, judgment for plaintiffs on the merits is vacated, denial of motion for relief from judgment reversed, and cause remanded for a hearing on subject-matter jurisdiction where evidence indicated that plaintiffs, despite claiming diversity from defendant, might in fact be residents of defendant's state.
