Sharashidze v. Mukasey, 07-2611

Petition for review of a BIA order of removal on the basis of conviction on an aggravated felony is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction where all of petitioner's arguments sought review of factual questions, and the court had jurisdiction to review only for legal or constitutional error.
