In an immigration case in which petitioner had previously been barred from entering the US for her attempt to enter by claiming that she was a US citizen, petition for review of a BIA removal order is denied where, under the plain text of the Immigration and Nationality Act, a waiver of inadmissibility may not be granted retroactively in removal proceedings.
