United States Seventh Circuit

Convictions for armed bank robbery and using a firearm in relation to a crime of violence are affirmed where: 1) a limiting instruction on evaluating hearsay testimony was sufficient to cure any error arising from the court's comments to jurors on hearsay; 2) a search warrant was based on a proper determination of probable cause; and 3) a jury instruction on aiding and abetting was a correct statement of the law.
