Convictions for conspiracy to distribute cocaine, cocaine base, and marijuana are affirmed over claims that: 1) there was insufficient evidence presented of involvement in a conspiracy; 2) defendant was improperly denied counsel of his choice when his attorney withdrew due to a conflict of interest; and 3) new evidence showed violations of a sequestration order issued by the trial court.
