United States Seventh Circuit

Conviction and sentence for a restaurant robbery are affirmed in part, and reversed and remanded in part where: 1) the evidence presented at trial was sufficient for a conviction; 2) defendant was properly designated an "armed career criminal" for sentencing purposes, based on a prior state conviction for fleeing an officer in a vehicle; 3) a "career offender" designation was proper; and 4) clarification was required as to the imposition of concurrent sentences on two of the four counts.
