US v. Broadnax, 07-1985

Conviction and sentence for possession with intent to deliver cocaine are affirmed where: 1) defendant waived his claim of a violation of his right to a speedy trial by failing to raise it before trial; 2) defendant's proposed voir dire questions were properly refused; and 3) the sentence imposed on the federal charge was properly made consecutive to a state sentence for violation of probation.
