Conviction and sentence for conspiring to manufacture and distribute methamphetamine are affirmed over claims that: 1) the indictment was defective for misstating the statute under which he was charged and failing to state all the elements of a drug-related conspiracy; 2) witness statements during trial were unduly prejudicial and should have been stricken; and 3) the drug quantity was incorrectly calculated at sentencing.
