Evers v. Astrue, 07-3796

In an action against the Social Security Administration alleging due process and regulatory violations in the termination of a medical consulting contract, dismissals of all claims are affirmed where: 1) plaintiff's due process, Bivens, and regulatory claims, and the remedies he sought, all "related to" the termination of his contract and were addressed by the Contract Disputes Act, and the district court therefore correctly dismissed for lack of subject-matter jurisdiction; and 2) other claims were properly dismissed as moot.
