In a Title VII suit for sex discrimination, constructive discharge, and retaliation, judgment as a matter of law on the retaliation claim is affirmed where plaintiff failed to present sufficient evidence to support a jury verdict of a causal link between her complaints of harassment and her employer's decision to promote another employee rather than plaintiff.
