United States Seventh Circuit

In a 42 U.S.C. section 1983 suit alleging unlawful search, false arrest, excessive force, and retaliatory prosecution, partial summary judgment for defendants-police officers, and jury finding for defendants at trial, are affirmed where: 1) no evidence supported the unlawful search or retaliatory prosecution claims; 2) a rebuttal witness was properly excluded; and 3) plaintiff offered no evidence that an in camera review of defendants' personnel files prejudiced him.
