Conviction for sending threatening letters from prison to public officials is affirmed, and counsel's motion to withdraw under Anders is granted, where no non-frivolous basis for appeal existed regarding: 1) defendant's competency to stand trial; 2) instructions given to the jury; 3) an alleged illegal search and seizure; or 4) the sufficiency of the evidence.
