United States Seventh Circuit
Zedan v. Habash, 07-1286
In a judgment creditor's adversary proceeding objecting to the discharge of bankruptcy debtor's debts because of his alleged fraud in representing his income and assets to the bankruptcy trustee, dismissal of creditor's complaint is affirmed where: 1) there was appellate jurisdiction over the matter; but 2) the creditor filed his complaint to "revoke" the discharge before the discharge had ever been entered, and thus the complaint failed to state a claim upon which relief could be granted.
