United States Seventh Circuit
U.S. v. Garcia, 07-3582
A conviction for possession with intent to distribute cocaine is affirmed over claims of error regarding: 1) the court's failure to grant defendant's motion to compel disclosure of the identity of the confidential informant who provided the information for the search warrant; 2) the court's failure to sustain defendant's objection to testimony that the name on the warrant was defendant's; and 3) a failure to suppress evidence seized at defendant's apartment because the search warrant was not supported by probable cause.
