Petitioner's motion to stay mandate of panel's order pending petition for a write of certiorari and request for an additional 30 days to file supplemental brief is denied where: 1) petitioner failed to demonstrate that the writ of certiorari would present a reasonable probability of succeeding on the merits; and 2) the request for an additional 30 days was unnecessary since the issues raised in the petition for certiorari had been previously examined by the court.
