Disability Rights Wisconsin, Inc. v. Walworth County Bd. of Supervisors, 07-1755

In a suit by an advocacy group alleging that a county's operation of a separate educational facility for disabled children violated Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, dismissal of the suit is affirmed where plaintiff had no standing to sue since it did not allege an injury in fact to itself or its members.
