United States Seventh Circuit

Britton v. Astrue, 07-1547

Denial of Social Security disability benefits is affirmed where: 1) data forming the foundation of the testimony of a vocational expert that plaintiff's counsel was offered, but did not accept, would have been sufficient to allow plaintiff to adequately test the VE's reliability; 2) the ALJ properly concluded that plaintiff was not disabled for any twelve-month period after her alleged onset; and 3) the ALJ's residual function capacity finding was supported by substantial evidence in the record.
